LMC representatives are elected to perform the role by GP peers. The constitution outlines all the relevant details. The allocated number of GP reps for each cluster is related to the population size of each cluster. To ensure effective representation of all our GP colleagues, the LMC includes GPST and sessional reps.
LMC representatives are elected to perform the role by GP peers. The constitution outlines all the relevant details. To ensure effective representation of all our GP colleagues, the LMC includes GPST and sessional reps.LMC representatives (except the GPST and sessional reps) attend both LMC and GP Sub meetings on alternate months. In addition, cluster quality leads (CQLs) are co-opted on to GP Sub if post holders are not already committee members.

Our Executive Committee
The structure of this sub-group allows knowledge and expertise to be retained within the committee to guide current and future decision-making.
The role of this group is to coordinate LMC business, provide early or immediate advice between bi-monthly LMC meetings and ensure seamless succession planning.
